Your 584 is rated at 60 hp with 52.5 hp at the PTO which is not sufficient for the RP200 Branch Logger. I would suggest checking out the RP150 Branch Logger. The RP150 is a good match since it requires a minimum 45 hp. Remet branch loggers are designed to operate with a PTO speed of 540 rpm. Your tractor also has sufficient hp and hydraulic flow to power a Remet RP300 which cuts and splits logs in a single action.
