Yes, every Mingo Marker is supplied with with a 16" marking wheel. We also offer 16" replacement wheels, plus optional 14", 18", and 6/12/24" wheels for customers to mark different lengths. No tools are required to change wheel sizes. Wheel position markings are moulded into the main body of the Mingo, making it very easy to swap out a wheel if you choose to do so.
